No client relationship through the website

Using the site, sending a message, scheduling a call, or using the assistant does not create a client relationship. Services begin only after both parties approve a written engagement or services agreement.

Proposals and service scope

Any initial discussion is exploratory. Once the scope is clear, Golden Ledger may provide a written proposal. Timing, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, confidentiality, records handling, and other engagement terms are controlled by the signed agreement.

Your records

Your financial data and source records remain yours. When an engagement ends, complete files will be provided in a standard electronic format as described in the applicable services agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or use the assistant to generate unlawful or deceptive material.
