Privacy Policy
Last updated July 13, 2026
Golden Ledger Consulting respects your privacy. This policy explains what this website collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
If you submit the contact form, Golden Ledger receives your name, email address, and message, plus any phone number or organization you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether Golden Ledger can help.
Website assistant
The website assistant processes the questions you submit so it can respond. A randomly generated session identifier may be stored in your browser. Limited operational records may be retained for up to 90 days to improve reliability and understand common questions. Do not submit bank credentials, Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax records, or other sensitive financial information through the assistant.
Contact form records
Contact submissions are delivered by email. A limited delivery record may be retained for up to 180 days for security, abuse prevention, and follow-up. Do not send confidential financial records through the public contact form. Golden Ledger will arrange an appropriate secure method when records are needed.
Service providers and external links
This website uses service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and security and Resend for contact-form email delivery. Scheduling, media, resource, and social links may take you to third-party sites with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use advertising cookies. It may use browser local storage to maintain an assistant session and essential interface state.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information Golden Ledger holds about you or request correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
